About Me

I’m a Brooklyn-based director, playwright, and teaching artist.

I began training as a performer with TADA! Youth Theater at the age of eight, majored in Musical Theatre at the Professional Performing Arts School (PPAS), and earned a BFA in Directing, Playwriting, and Production from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia.

Since graduating in 2015, I’ve worked on and off Broadway, directing, developing, or assisting on productions at The Public Theater, The Metropolitan Opera, New York Theatre Workshop, National Black Theatre, Out of The Box Theatricals, Royal Family Productions, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and Prospect Theatre Company, to name a few.

As an educator, I’ve worked throughout NYC public schools and, as an employee of LEAP, taught at Hillcrest High School and The Young Women’s Leadership School of Queens. I also coached students for The National August Wilson Monologue competition, guiding them all the way to semi-finals.
